I get asked this a lot
What is Coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through personalized guidance and support, I help you overcome obstacles, develop strategies, and unlock your potential to create a fulfilling and balanced life.
How can I benefit from Coaching?
Coaching can benefit anyone looking to make positive changes in their life. Whether you're seeking personal growth, career advancement, better relationships, or navigating a major life transition, my coaching provides the tools and support to help you succeed.
How long does a Coaching Process usually take?
The duration of the coaching process varies depending on your individual goals and needs. Some clients achieve their desired outcomes in a few months, while others may benefit from a longer-term coaching relationship. We will discuss and determine the best timeline for your specific situation during our sessions.
How are the Coaching Sessions conducted?
My Coaching Sessions are usually conducted via video conferencing using Zoom. Each session typically lasts 60 minutes. I offer Sessions in English and German language.
What methods do you use?
I use a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, self-awareness, and actionable strategies. Drawing from the Jay Shetty Certification School methodologies, I focus on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and overcome limiting beliefs.
As a Solution-Focused Coach, I emphasize actionable, goal-oriented coaching. My approach is grounded in renowned coaching models such as GROW, OSCAR, and the ABC framework, which I’ve adapted to help clients overcome their most important challenges. I combine reflective exercises with solution-focused questioning to ensure clients can connect emotional insights with practical steps forward.
Some tools and techniques I use:
Affirmations: Used to help you reframe negative thought patterns, build self-confidence, and cultivate a positive self-image. Affirmations are tailored to each client’s needs, helping you reinforce your strengths and maintain a constructive mindset throughout your personal and professional growth.
Meditation & Breathing Exercises: To support mindfulness and stress reduction.
Journaling & Reflection Prompts: To encourage self-awareness and process emotions.
Wheel of Life: To assess life balance and areas needing focus.
SMART Goals Framework: To help you set clear, achievable steps.
Visualizations & Future-Self Exercises: Used to help you envision your empowered, confident self.
What does a Coaching Process look like?
1. Goal-Setting: In the first session, I help you define your "Big Goal," using the GROW model to break it into achievable steps.
2. Exploration: Throughout the coaching relationship, I guide you to unpack emotions and actions linked to your goal. I ask thought-provoking questions to identify and challenge self-limiting beliefs.
3. Action and Reflection: You work on small, consistent actions between sessions, reflecting on your progress at the start of each new session. We use tools like the Wheel of Life and SMART Goals to track your development and stay aligned with the overarching goal.
4. Review and Consolidation: Toward the end, we focus on consolidating your growth. You reflect on the shifts in your behavior and thinking, which results in overcome obstacles and achieve long-term success.
